Give me a second to untangle your semi-coherent syntax. Okay.
Who says it means that? You? Based on what, your NRA fairy tales? Quote me a legal source, not your fanciful opinion.
So carrying and using nuclear weapons or anthrax spores is legal? Because they're the "most modern fire power that can be had" today. Going by your definition, they'd have to be.
A fascinating argument, but one you won't find anywhere in US law. Nor will anyone except your fellow fanatics support that misinterpretation of the Constitution.
The 2nd Amendment means what the Supreme Court says it means. If you don't understand that, you don't understand the Constitution.

Thanks. Be sure to link to it so all your friends can visit too. They can laugh at my "collectivist lies" and I'll laugh at them for being unable to prove their claims.
As for the 2nd Amendment, when you can address the words "well regulated," I hope you'll do so. They alone provide ample justification for the regulation of the right to bear arms. If they aren't enough, the long list of court cases, by liberal and conservative courts alike, certainly is.
But I look forward to your proof that I've "lied." Good luck, because you'll need it. Try not to wet your pants at the thought of my kicking your butt, as I've done to so many gun-nuts before you.
